Resumen

El aumento de los daños contra la naturaleza permite una apertura reflexiva sobre cómo actuar moralmente en relación con el medio ambiente. Por eso es importante revisar históricamente la ética ambiental, así como discutir las posibilidades de adaptación a este urgente desafío ambiental. El objetivo del artículo fue realizar un breve repaso a la ética ambiental, desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad, reflexionando sobre nuestro alejamiento de la naturaleza. Los paradigmas impuestos por la cuestión ambiental implican nuevas reflexiones en el campo de la ética. Su desarrollo futuro debe ser discutido bajo un concepto más holístico, incluyendo actitudes pro-ambientales, basadas en razones normativas y compromiso emocional.

Sergio de Faria Lopes, Universidade Estadual da Paraíba - UEPB

Graduada en Licenciatura y Licenciatura en Ciencias Biológicas por la Universidad Federal de Uberlândia y graduada en Filosofía por la Universidad Estadual de Paraíba (UEPB). Especialización en Neuropsicología. Maestría y Doctorado en Ecología y Conservación por la Universidad Federal de Uberlândia. Actualmente soy Profesor Asociado B en la UEPB, Departamento de Biología.
