<b>VISUAL ARTS, TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION: PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIENCES WITH THE PROJECTOR IN THE CLASSROOM</b>

This article discusses a survey on the use of technology in schools through experiments with projector technology used as an investigative study in the discipline of Visual Arts, with groups of adolescents in public schools in Pelotas, RS. Despite being a projector old technology, we observed its underuse in school, being still unknown for students and teachers. Through the research of materials, students experienced the aesthetic possibilities of the discovery of light, transparency and opacity, exercising the expression and creativity in the proposals made. Transcending its conventional use, the projector was valued reframe and its potential.Downloads
