The practical classes help in the process of interaction and development of scientific concepts, allowing students to learn to approach their world objectivelyand develop solutions to complex problems. This is accomplished through student participation in educational activities as a strategy for motivating learning. The use of technical and anatomical specimens to the appropriate motivational strategy for the construction of knowledge. There are several conservation techniques such asanatomical parts glicerinização, maceration, diaphanization, plastination,angiotécnica, neurotécnica and modeling techniques. This work seeks to supportthe choice of technique used for storage, displaying advantages anddisadvantages for use in the laboratory.Downloads
