<b>Os treze diamantes</b>

Abstract

The present text has the objective to argue concerning some of the rights assured for the Statute of the Child and the Adolescent through the proposal of playful-pedagogical appreciation. The personages created to carry out history had been inspired in the content of the Statute and emphasize the duty of the family, the community, the society in general and the public power to assure with absolute priority the actualization of the rights of the child and of the adolescent, portraying some daily expressions where contradictorily to the praised one for the law, the rights of children and adolescents finish being violated and pointing with respect to the importance of the approach, interpretation and agreement of these questions.
