<b>A criatividade como processo político do trabalho: contribuições para além de uma lógica capitalista

Abstract

This article reflects on the importance of creativity, whether in social relations or relations with the environment. In it, we tried to address the issue of creativity as a contribution in the political process work, the construction worker's autonomy and emancipation of the same order significant environmental changes. This work is based, therefore, to explore the intrinsic relationship between creativity and empowerment of individuals by working through some issues relating to the subject potential to contribute to the formation of a critical and participative, able to transform their social relations and their relations with the environment and to act consciously in reality.
