<b>Incentivo à leitura em escolas municipais rurais do semiárido

The project Citizens Universities in partnership with COEP (Committee of Entities in the Combat to the Hunger and For the Life), o CNPQ e FINEP, has as objective basic to contribute with the development of communities of familiar agriculturists of the semi-arid region of Brazil through action of extension. The present work contemplates one of the activities carried through in the municipal schools. It is treated to fortify the habit of the reading on the part of the children of the agricultural municipal schools. Intitled “Reading Incentive”, the activity looks to subsidize the work of the teachers in the arduous task of being professor in schools with admittedly insufficient material conditions. This task if became more important in the measure where the communities, with which we work, had been contemplated small libraries supplied by the Ministry For The Agrarian Development, called “Coffer of the Letters”. From a diagnosis of each school, and a nip of the relations with the city departments of education, if it started to directly carry through activities with the teachers in the classrooms. The practical activities had looked for to support what already was made by the teachers and to add innovations, with creativity and the use of playful elements, gifts in musics and videos, amongst other pedagogical resources.Downloads
