Text intends to reflect upon observation activity that characterizes School Life Observatory (OBVIE) action in the past eighteen months. As OBVIE belongs to a Higher Education Institution one major question is to what extent can University establish an open conversation with Elementary and Secondary Schools? This is an epistemological analysis about Observatories demands ( like OBVIE), as well as further impact on their organization and management requests. Empirical analysis is limited, so far, to thirteen Schools. However analysis relevance is larger than specific context from which it arises.Downloads
