The complexities of the problems of the modern world cannot be studied and understood within the limited parameters of a strict division into disciplines. Inter/transdisciplinarity and complex thinking come into being to deal with the study of complex phenomena of reality. This research was carried out at a private College of Arts. The technique of direct participant observation was used for the data that refer to the institution of this research. The author´s concluded that the 21st century University for practice/ research and teach, will have to deal with the issue of complexity, and this will only be possible through inter and transdisciplinarity.Downloads
