At the Casas Familiares Rurais there are carried out educative autonomous experiences in which the pedagogy of the alternancia is applied. The present study takes as a reference the Houses of the local authorities of Tucuruí, Cametá and Igarapé-Miri in the state of the Pará. The adopted methodology there consisted of observation participant, who produced instruments of register; individual study, through visits to the towns in study, thematic workshops of “Environmental Education” and group studies. The method offers great means of adaptation to the cultural characteristics and to the objectives of the families. Besides, this pedagogic model is straightly well-adjusted for the conditions and means of the rural environment.Downloads
