Abstract

The approach of the environmental problematic is resulting of a long historic process, which transformations affect all life in the planet, and the XXI century has been marked by a setting off crisis in various spheres. And the environment education is one of the frameworks to set out these problems. Then, this paper has as object to discuss about realized experiences in environmental education in the formal education at ‘Cristalândia’ State School - Tocantins and that have made possible the formation of the ecological subject. Before that, however presents what concepts of education and environmental education have outlined the proposal developed in the school.

Possui graduação em Geografia pela Universidade do Tocantins (1996) e mestrado em Geografia pelo Instituto de Estudos Socio Ambientais (2005). Atualmente é doutoranda em geografia no IESA/UFG.
