The news on science and technology, are widespread currently. However, despite this dissemination of information made by the media, the reading profile of the Brazilian population on scientific subjects is reduced, however sense in this working with texts of popular science (TDC) in classroom, by means of didactic planning (PD) is a possibility to approach relevant topics in the world contemporary and to facilitate the association of the contents in Biology with the daily lik of students. This is so because the texts of popular science (TDC), besides being in accessible language and besides that making it possible to discuss the power of the media in of opinion-making.Downloads
