Abstract

ABSTRACT: The occupational theme, the promotion of health and improvement in the quality of life are the guide of the construction of public policies in the SUS. The relevance of the subject: factors, occupational agents intervening in the working conditions of employees of Federal Institutions of Higher Education and the need of a document certifying the working conditions in the case, the LTCAT, which attests the environmental conditions where the server exercises their activities. Thus, a literature review research. The purpose of the study is to analyse the perception or not of additional and/or for retirement under special conditions. The purpose of this study consists of identifying and evaluating the relationship between occupational hazards, working conditions and health policies for the federal public servant. The Methodology used the Descriptors: Conditions of Work, Occupational Health, Occupational Risks, Higher Education Institutions. The conclusion is that there is a historical devaluation of the teaching career driven by discouragement, loadexcessive work, illness and absenteeism. Descriptors: Higher Education Institutions.
