Abstract

The present text seeks to understand the Comics as a social product that reveals several of the characteristics of an era, for that purpose, Captain America's Comics will be analyzed, its trajectory until the present moment, to reflect on the period of his production and the debates in which the same character was inserted. Approaching comic in the teaching of history of international relationsis a way of not only making knowledge more attractive, but, more importantly, giving more dynamism to the approach of topics relevant to teaching in a playful and attractive way for the student, as well as addressing more latent issues of society, with racial or sexual prejudice.
