Novo Terrorismo Virtual Radical e Supremacista
Aceleracionismo, Descentralização e o Desafio Transnacional na Era Digital

This article analyzes the emergence of far-right terrorismo (Right-Wing Extremism - RWE) as the main security threat in Western democracies. It is argued that this phenomenon, distinct from previous terrorist waves, is characterized by a unique symbiosis between a nihilistic ideology of "accelerationism" and a decentralized organizational structure, native to the digital environment. Through case studies of networks such as Atomwaffen Division (AWD) and The Base, the article examines how the doctrine of "leaderless resistance" is operationalized through a transnational ecosystem of online platforms, encrypted forums, and gamified propaganda. The analysis reveals the deep ideological contradictions of the movement, particularly in relation to the role of women, and exposes the inadequacy of counterterrorism legal and policy frameworks, designed to combat hierarchical organizations. It is concluded that contemporary far-right terrorism represents a complex governance challenge that requires a theorization of counterterrorism, focused on digital content moderation, international cooperation against politically motivated violence, and strategies to undermine the resonance of accelerationist narratives.
