As a final consideration we have reached the idea that Region needs leader’s loyalist to the Bolivar conception of Latin American nation, to the idea of self-determination, energetic and food sovereignty in order to promote an authentic global reinsertion for the region, and for undertaking   important socioeconomic transformations, and to balance our links with the Powers as a way to guarantee our development path.
