Which are the challenges that our countries are facing, which one could be the solutions for the known question and which are the must useful selection for the development of our region? Our work has as a main aim to alert the decision makers and political leaders the fact that these battles might create new energetic patron, in deep our natural resources will be disputed again, and also new kind of technology must appear and must be generalized among our people. As a final consideration we have reached the idea that Region needs leader’s loyalist to the Bolivar conception of Latin American nation, to the idea of self-determination, energetic and food sovereignty in order to promote an authentic global reinsertion for the region, and for undertaking important socioeconomic transformations, and to balance our links with the Powers as a way to guarantee our development path.
