Abstract

The present paper aimed to understand the user embracement from the nursing process developed in the work of the of the Family Health Strategy. The technique of semistructured recorded interview was used with 59 nursesand, analysed according to content qualitative approach. It was evident that the host was expressed in the performance of curative procedures, the care activities, administrative and investigative. As the filmmakers stood out nurses, nursing assistants, bureaucrats, community health workers and physicians with emphasis on the use of dialogue as investigative action of the nursing process. Reception strengthens the interaction of nurses with clients promoting research of the health needs of the object / subject of work and allowing the systematization of the nursing process.
